During FGP's collegiate recruiting season, we visit several local colleges to tell our story as well as to meet bright up and coming students interested in public accounting.  After resumes are screenede we conduct on-campus intervies and then conduct second interviews in our Ridgewood office.

Your First Year

Your first year as an employee at FGP will be both a challenging and rewarding experience. We tell our entry-level accountants that one year from your start date you will be a new person - a professional. You will have an opportunity to work with a variety of clientele on a diversity of industries throughout the United States. We provide services to business' ranging from large manufacturer's to health care institutions to a single employee local proprietorships.  While the nature and extent of services provided to our clientele varies, they all expect and receive the same high quality professional service.
