Chris is responsible for individual, trust, estate and gift tax planning and compliance on a diverse group of clients and for tax matters of firm's audit clients including representation during examinations and equity transactions.

Chris is also active in the Firm's transaction advisory services practice area including primary responsibility for tax matters  focusing on identification of tax issues of prospective targets.  He regularly advises on tax aspects of acquisition and disposition strategies. 

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.   He is a also member of the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County, New Jersey.

Chris earned a Master's of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1980 after graduating from Rutgers with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1978.  He has also taken numerous professional courses in accounting, auditing, taxation and management including New York University Federal Tax Institute.
