Linda is responsible for closely held businesses and her expertise includes financial and tax planning as well as other attest functions. She overseas audits and tax compliance of manufacturers, health care operations, and other entities with sales in excess of thirty million dollars. Linda developed FGP's quality control program and firm manual to ensure firm compliance with AICPA Division of Firms Prior to joining the firm, Linda spent eight years with a national public accounting firm and raised to level of manager before leaving to raise her family. Her tenure included in-charge responsibility for large audit engagements including SEC engagements. She was responsible for planning, developing programs, supervising staff of two to eight professionals, liaison with client, and preparation of financial statements. She has SEC experience on large public clients responsible for 10K and 10Q preparation and participated in an initial S-1 offering filing for an emerging company which went public. Linda has also previously taught accounting as an adjunct faculty member at Bergen Community College. Linda is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Linda has been the Chair the Consultative Board of Immaculate Heart Academy since 2008. She also serves as a Member of the Finance Committee at YWCA of Bergen County and Treasurer to the Ridgewood Band Parent's Association. Linda is the past President of the YWCA of Bergen County, the Ridgewood Education Foundation, and the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as a Board Member, Treasurer, and Chair of Internal Operations Committee of Valley Home Care. In 1998, Linda was named Business Woman of the Year by the New Jersey Associates of Women Business Owners. She also was recipient of the 1997 YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award and 1997 Commerce and Industry Leadership Award for Volunteerism. Linda graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, in 1977.
