Patti is a Principal with the Firm experienced in servicing closely held businesses.  Her work includes consulting, budgeting, and financial and tax planning that enables business owners to utilize the most effective use of financial data. She is responsible for compilation and review services, as well as individual and corporate tax preparation for clients in various industries including, service, retail and wholesale type businesses.  Patti has supervised all aspects of audits of manufacturers, health care facilities, and brokerage firms with NASD requirements and has  experience with U.S. subsidiaries of European entities.

Patti is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.   She has also served as a local Girl Scout Leader and Treasurer of Somerville School.

Patti graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1987.  She also earned an Associate Arts degree from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in 1978.
